Delivery Areas:
- Our services cover deliveries in England, Wales, and Scotland.
- Please note, deliveries to Ireland are not available.
- For our 'Flower Box' products, delivery is exclusively available within Birmingham and Bristol.
Flower Freshness Guarantee:
We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our flowers. If your flowers do not remain fresh for at least 4 days following delivery, we kindly ask that you contact us within this time frame. Upon verifying the condition, we will be more than happy to send a replacement bouquet at no additional cost.
