Order and Address Details:
Upon placing an order, it is crucial to provide the correct delivery address, as we will dispatch the order to the address received at the time of ordering. We cannot be held liable for delivery to an incorrect address if no alternative or correct address is provided within a reasonable timeframe.

We utilise the most reliable and consistent courier services available to ensure that our products are transported in the safest conditions possible.
National Delivery:
For national deliveries, we aim to dispatch the flowers 1 to 2 days prior to the requested delivery date. This is to maintain the freshness and quality of the flowers upon arrival.
Delivery Areas:
- Our services cover deliveries in England, Wales, and Scotland.
- Please note, deliveries to Ireland are not available.
- For our 'Flower Box' products, delivery is exclusively available within Birmingham and Bristol.
Flower Freshness Guarantee:
We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our flowers. If your flowers do not remain fresh for at least 4 days following delivery, we kindly ask that you contact us within this time frame. Upon verifying the condition, we will be more than happy to send a replacement bouquet at no additional cost. This guarantee is a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction and the high standards of our products.
