We offer a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • If there are any issues with the bouquet (such as damaged flowers, incorrect arrangement, or quality concerns), customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the bouquet.
  • Proof of the issue, such as clear photos of the bouquet, must be provided for verification.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the bouquet was damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery.
  • Change of mind or preference once the order has been delivered as requested.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via hello@daisyflorist.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the bouquet highlighting the issue.
  3. Our team will assess the situation and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit based on the issue.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as preparations will have already begun.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund after approval, please check your bank account first.
  • If the issue persists, contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

6. Special Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
